COVID-19 Questions

Public Health requires that a mask must be worn at all of our events for participants 12 years of age and over.

All of our Christmas Markets are outdoor events. The layout has been designed to ensure distancing and allow safe walking.
Washing stations will be located at each entrance and wearing a mask is mandatory for all visitors over 12 years of age.

Guest Questions

At the Grand Marché de Noël (Quartier des spectacles), our four-legged friends are welcome, as long as they are kept on a leash. At the Montreal Christmas Village (Atwater) and at the Jean-Talon Christmas Market, they are not allowed (MAPAQ regulation), even if they are on a leash. Please note that dogs with disabilities are still allowed

All our sites are accessible to strollers and to people with reduced mobility.

For the planet, prefer soft mobility such as bicycle, metro or bus. More details can be found on the web page dedicated to the access for each event: Montreal Christmas Village, Jean-Talon Christmas Market and Montreal Great Christmas Market.

All our events are free of charge and open to all.

Exhibitor Questions

We favor diversity and seek to offer visitors a unique experience specific to each event. However, it is possible to occupy a chalet at several of our events if your products are original and popular with the general public.

In the event that the Public Health closes all events and gatherings in Montreal, we will allow exhibitors to either be reimbursed for the number of days canceled minus a 20% fee, or to automatically carry over the canceled days to next year, regardless of the rental cost set in 2021.

It is normal for visitors to want to handle, smell, or try the products you are offering in the buying process. If you offer cosmetic products, for example, we encourage you to anticipate and prepare samples that you can offer to your customers. If you sell jewelry or other accessories, you will be required to make hydroalcoholic gel available at your chalet so that customers sanitize their hands before handling the objects.

The 4th edition of the Christmas Village attracted over 106,000 visitors at the  Atwater Marketplace for 12 operating days.

The 3rd edition of the Christmas Market at the Place des Arts has attracted more than 500,000 visitors over 21 days.
